What's New in Season Two
The second season of Supernaut takes a more intentional and focused turn.
While spirituality, sobriety, and mental health remain core to the show, this season places a deeper emphasis on conversations around suicide—particularly within blue-collar and construction communities. These discussions are approached with care, honesty, and compassion, centering lived experience rather than statistics or shock.
Episodes in this season create more space for guests to speak openly about suicidal ideation, loss, and the realities of mental health struggles, with the aim of reducing stigma and reminding listeners they are not alone. The focus is on vulnerability as a source of strength, truth-telling as a connection, and bringing difficult experiences into the light where healing can begin.
Season two reflects the show's growth and a commitment to addressing what feels most urgent now—holding space for the conversations that matter, even when they’re hard.
If you or someone you love is struggling with suicidal thoughts, help is available in the U.S. by calling or texting 988. If you’re outside the U.S., visit findahelpline.com.
If Supernaut has meant something to you, or if you believe conversations about recovery, spirituality, and mental health belong in blue-collar and broader communities, we’re asking for your support to fund the next season. Donations go directly toward production, editing, guest support, and basic operating costs. We’re not drawing salaries from this, and we’re not scaling it beyond what it is. The goal is simple: keep Supernaut accessible, honest, and sustainable.
Supernaut has grown because people have shown up in whatever way they could, by listening on a drive home, sharing an episode with a friend, or having a hard conversation sparked by something they heard on the show. That kind of support is not secondary to donations. It’s the foundation.
If contributing financially isn’t possible right now, we’re just as grateful for:
Naut comes from the
Greek word sailer. And means voyager or traveler.
Like an astronaut searching the stars,
A Supernaut is one who searches the inner and outer worlds of the self. Navigating life, consciousnes and reality- striving for betterment.
The paradox is that seeking and striving can create more unrest and more unhappiness.
So, while calm seas may not make great sailors, I plan to explore the idea of light rescuing darkness, instead of fighting it
About the Show
Supernaut is a podcast about spirituality, sobriety, and the spectrum of self. Hosted by Beth Kelling, this show explores what it means to seek clarity, connection, and personal truth in a world that rarely slows down.
Since beginning her sobriety journey in 2020, Beth has been diving deeper into spiritual practices, emotional honesty, and all the beautiful, messy layers of identity.
Each episode opens the door to conversations about healing, growth, creativity, intuition, and everything in between — because who we are isn’t fixed, it’s a spectrum.
Beth will be joined by guests who share their own stories, perspectives, and spiritual paths — offering insight, inspiration, and the occasional cosmic detour.
Whether you’re sober-curious, spiritually inclined, or just looking to feel a little more human, you’re in the right place
Why I Chose this S
"A voyager beyond the ordinary"
I chose this “S” for Supernaut because it represents balance in motion—like yin and yang flowing as one. It’s a symbol of life’s duality: light and dark, effort and ease, struggle and serenity, all in constant interplay.
It’s more than a letter—it’s the shape of the self, the soul, and the unfolding story we each live.
I initially envisioned a perfect circle to express harmony, but it felt too rigid. Breaking the symmetry made it feel more authentic. True balance isn’t perfect—it’s fluid, flexible, and real.
